Hotel is what you expect. It was clean and as advertised. But, TAKE NOTE: It’s $30/day to park, and there aren’t enough spots, so you could end up in a situation like we were. You come home from your evening, and there is ZERO spots available. Cars were already parked along curbs and double parked. Staff on duty at the time was not helpful, or even slightly remorseful/apologetic. I was told it’s “first come first serve”, which wasn’t mentioned at check in, and the only “solution” she offered was that I could call the sister hotels in the area and ask if I could park there. I could call- in an area I’m unfamiliar, at almost midnight, to park and walk from who knows where?? Then have to go get our car the next day?? Come on…. Other than that, the rest of the staff was pleasant, and the hotel is easy to get to.

“Clean Room - No USB charging ports”

Clean and spacious suite. First hotel room in YEARS that didn’t have a USB charging port anywhere in the room. Make sure to bring your wall plug or your electronics will die - like mine did.

This hotel was a mixed bag for me. I'll start with the positive... Breakfast was great and unique compared to other hotels I've stayed in. They had a breakfast burrito bar with pork carnival and pickled onions and queso fresco. All very yummy and fresh. The room was nice and comfortable. Would be perfect for families and long term stays, there was a decent amount of stuff in the kitchen, but it would be nice if there was a can opener, some dish soap, and a sponge. The bed was a little firm for me, but I still slept well. On to the negative. I will take responsibility for not reading all the policies and seeing that they charge for parking, but I think they should inform you at check in. I mean it's a hotel with a private lot so I don't understand charging paying guests $30/nt for parking. There are signs in the lot but honestly the way it worded my tired brain thought that they offer parking for non guests at that price...it's a massive mostly empty lot, so to me it just seems like a scam. When the girl at the desk gave us the parking pass it would have been nice if she'd explained the cost. Additionally on the app it says $25 for self parking but I was charged $30, so $90 for my 3 nights of parking. Insane. Tying into the first problem, the second problem was lack of communication. I messaged them through the hilton app several times before and during my stay and only received a response 1 time. The last message was on my checkout day and I was trying to not miss breakfast and could not find the time anywhere on the app or website and unfortunately they never messaged me and I did end up missing breakfast. The only other issue was the business center, I trued to use it once during my stay and I couldn't even get either computer to turn on. All in all the most important aspects of a hotel were adequate at this location, but mainly the parking will keep me from ever staying here again. I'm staying in a different hotel in the area tonight and they have a similar setup and don't charge for parking and I looked at numerous other hilton brand hotel in the area and they also do not charge for parking. I at least want my $15 back since they overcharged me by $5/nt or they need to update the info on the app. If you don't care about being scammed for parking this is a good hotel.
