“Really Nice Hotel and Staff”
I had a really nice stay at the HAMPTON INN in Hadley. My room was very clean and comfortable and quiet and faced the front of the hotel. “A winner!”
Collin was welcoming, checked us in quickly and was very pleasant. The room was clean and bright. This is one of the nicest HI’s we have stayed in. We generally look for a HI when we take driving trips. Some are better and this one was…would definitely stay here again.

“Nice hotel that needs some TLC”
Clean quiet hotel with friendly helpful staff. Typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Lower rating is for price and dated hotel rooms. Priced as a premium Hampton Inn property is desperately in need of a refresh. I stay at this brand regularly and haven’t seen this old tired set up in years.

“An isolated location”
The hotel is a bit isolated in a mall that is mostly without shops. The property itself is well maintained and the staff are friendly. My room met my needs for a one night stay, but left no strong memories.

This is a well staffed, well located Hampton Inn but it is sooooooo old and dated. It clearly does well because of its proximity to universities and the cleaning and front desk staff are really good.
