I needed somewhere to stay outside of Boston at the last minute and this friendly, comfortable, and efficient hotel fit the bill perfectly. Located a half hour north of Boston, just a minute off of I-93 in a quiet office park area with plenty of free parking, the hotel feels new, check in and check out were friendly and efficient, rooms were in perfect condition, clean, modern, with everything I needed. Mini kitchen area w/ sink, microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker, working desk, sofa bed and TV in a separate sitting area and TV also swivels out to face the comfortable bed, lots of electrical outlets and USB ports in good locations including next to the bed, room darkening shades, room temperature is adjustable using intuitive thermostat on the wall, clean modern bathroom with body wash, shampoo, conditioner dispensers in the shower and a separate sink outside of the bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff, complementary breakfast which, although nothing to write home about, and which was a little worse for wear toward the end of the breakfast hour, was adequate for my needs (oatmeal, lots of toppings, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffle maker, yogurt, whole fruit). Coffee and decaf in lobby available after 5:30 am was quite good. Little details which are often off in hotel rooms worked well here, like the time on the microwave in the room was actually correct.... I did not use the 24-hr gym or the indoor pool so cannot comment on them, but people were using both. Beer and (crazy expensive -- $18 for a 375 ml bottle!) wine is available at the front desk. Minor suggestion: it would be helpful to have a bar of soap or a soap dispenser next to the two sinks (bathroom and kitchenette) -- I had to use the shower dispenser body wash to wash my hands. There is a soap dish by the bathroom sink, so maybe this was just (very minor) housekeeping oversight... and the refrigerator made a whining sound that was a little annoying. Be aware that there is nothing within walking distance of the hotel so it would not be a super convenient location for someone without a car although Lyft and Uber are readily available. I would gladly stay here again if looking for an affordable, clean place to sleep along the I-93 corridor just north of Boston in the Lawrence/ Andover area.
