“Amazing”
Shawn and Berto at the Double Tree Ann Arbor hotel bar are wonderful and deserve 20 stars on service. Such great guys, so personable and kind and I had great conversations with both. “Helpful customer service”
I arrive late with travel issues at this Hotel. Morghan, who was managing the front desk did a wonderful job in assisting me and was patient and helpful throughout the process. The hotel is quite nice and they respond well to any help.
