“Excellent Choice for a stay!”

I was placed at this hotel due to a flood in my home. As I was already stressed out about the situation and that I had to go to a hotel for several days, I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is super clean, not a speck of dirt anywhere! The breakfast is good, coffee even better and the staff is very friendly! I feel most welcome here! The hotel has surpassed my expectation! There is an outlet mall right across the parking lot and plenty of restaurants in the area! I highly recommend this hotel!

“Wedding trip”

We were greeted at the front desk by Alaska and Vivian. Alaska took great care of us while Vivian helped her out. Very helpful and friendly. Did not give the hotel 5 stars as our air conditioner was just ok and I do not like having to use my room key to turn on the lights.

This is a mixed review. I traveled 11/5/25-11/12/25 with my mother, to visit family. My mother is 82, and requires at least a room with grab bars in the bathroom. This is a mixed review. I traveled 11/5/25-11/12/25 with my mother, to visit family. My mother is 82, and requires at least a room with grab bars in the bathroom. I made this reservation in early September. At that time, I also called the hotel. I was told they have rooms with a walk in/roll in shower, and they noted in our reservation at that time that we require a room with that feature. A few days before we traveled, I also called again, because we were considering a larger room. I was told at that time, that any larger room would not have the roll in / walk in shower, so we should stay with the room we currently had. When we arrived at the hotel 11/5, we were given a room that, you guessed it, did not have the roll in / walk in shower. We later learned that the hotel only has one room with that feature in the entire building. When we told the front desk we were unhappy with our room, and that I was promised, twice, when I called that our room would have that feature, I was told that they were booked, and nothing they could do. The manager (what I believed was the manager anyway), a pretty lady with dark hair, pulled back, came over and promised me 5,000 bonus points for the mix up. These bonus points were never given to me. That weekend, a youth hockey team checked into the hotel. The kids were allowed to run all over. In fact, they played several hockey games in the hallway for about an hour at a time, running all up and down, shooting hockey pucks, knocking into walls and doors, and no one attempted to stop them. On Sunday, the 9th, our heater in our room started smelling very badly, and the "LO" symbol came on the unit. I called the front desk. They said all they could do is move us to another room. Their maintenance man only works 6 days a week!! A marriott hotel, that can't keep a maintenance person on staff 7 days a week! Well, this turned into a nice surprise for my mom and I, because they upgraded our room to a two bedroom suite at no extra charge. The room was 10 times nicer than what we were stuck with initially. That was very much appreciated. The lady in charge of the daily breakfast was very nice. Always came out to see if you needed anything, and greeted guests.
