One of the best experiences we have had. We arrived early on the 23rd around 1:00 pm and checked in at the front desk. The lady that was working the desk checked us in, but was unsure of room availability. She spoke with her housekeeping person and found us a room to check into. The lady at the desk also took the time to speak with us about our visit and understood our situation with coming to Roseville for a funeral. She asked about our departure time the next day after the funeral and we told her we may need a late check out. She told us no problem and set our check out for 1:00. This kindness took a load off of our stay and was deeply appreciated. After our return from the funeral, the sam housekeeping lady was at the desk. She reiterated to the young man that was working that we had an approved late check out. again, this was deeply appreciated. I can't say enough about the kindness of the staff. I will also say that the hotel was clean and quiet. Thank you

Here on business so just commenting on anyone searching reviews who does business travel looking for facts. Location is good and has lots of shopping in the area. Here on business so just commenting on anyone searching reviews who does business travel looking for facts. Location is good and has lots of shopping in the area. Lobby/common area at night is dark not welcoming. There is not 24 hour coffee in the lobby like other Hamptons. The laundry room is 2nd floor way in the corner so it's not easy if you need to do that. The mattresses are rigid and do not seem typical Hilton standard or older. If you want to swim the front desk has to let you in the pool so I only did that once because I don't want to have to ask or bother anyone. There has been 2 cars parked under the awning for 2 days so my loading in the morning and unloading at night hasn't been fun, I had to check my app to make sure premium parking under the awning wasn't an upgrade I missed. This is most unpleasant for me as a female business traveler who chooses a hotel based on specific needs which for me is loading and unloading every day. I even waited this evening to see if the white jeep and black car would move so I could have a chance....nothing. The jacuzzi jets were not working when I arrived but they got those fixed so that's a positive. I had to switch rooms at check in due to sheets/room not being clean but the lady at the desk was nice and understood. Staff is decent, I don't want to give the hotel a bad review but I would assume most business travelers want mostly same thing, ease of access, coffee, breakfast and just to be able to come and go without having to ask for much or need much. I did not get Hilton recognition or perks at check in but that's not the end of the world again just facts.
