“Operator not really paying attention.”
The design intent was good but it is not being well maintained. Everything was pretty tired, it just doesn’t seem like things are being cared for. They surprised us with a $150 “incidental” deposit on top of the room rate at check-in, but this makes no sense because there are no in-room services. … more
