“Dont trust Expedia to help with with any issue”
I had a personal issue and had to cancel my stay. I contacted expedia and was informed by expedia that they contacted the hotel that I would not get a refund as it was hotel policy. Beautiful resort right on the beach. We had a third floor balcony, looking out at the beach and it was great to have our morning coffee and a nighttime cocktail. Just listening to the water. I had sensed that this had been a great place in the not so distant past but was a disappointment to people revisiting it. I can see why.
