Location: Traverse City is in a community that has a long maritime history. The name, in fact, came from the French-Canadian traders who referred to the 8-km crossing at the mouth of the bay as La Grande Traverse. “The price was the same as some of the lesser hotels in the area. Rooms are clean. Pool is nice. Halls are clean and warm”
Pool nice and rooms clean. No hot tub but great quality for the money. People are friendly and don’t talk down to you. Extra safety latches on the doors. Breakfast has a little of everything. “First rate”
We stayed there to be closer to a doctors office where I had a morning appointment. The place is clean, the staff is present, professional and very polite. They serve a very good breakfast. “Good clean room for decent price”
