“My Home Away From Home in Troy!”
What a welcoming and comfy space! The ES made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest and the rooms were very comfortable. “Pretty Decent!”
I would have rated it a 5 based on the fact that it was an embassy suites, but I had some issues that were not pleasant. “Needs upgrade, staff nice.”
Got to be honest. Used to love this hotel. It's getting a wee bit rundown. Carpet in common areas has stains, bathrooms have cracks and chips, etc. Staff incredibly nice. Definitely needs some upgrades.
