Wonderful experience for a family birthday. Lucy and Madison are wonderful and helped us over the phone with our reservation questions and also helped my sister. The lobby is lovely and the staff were fantastic, Very nice and helpful and friendly. My complaint though is for the price, the hallways and rooms were not in good shape.
