“Bad Experience”
This Best Western had black mold on the wall in the first room. They moved us to another room. That room was dirty, the heater did not work, and the shower water was yellow even if you ran it for 10 minutes it never cleared up. Needless to say, I did not use that shower!

“Clean Rooms and Friendly Staff”
I took my grandchildren to the Bridgeview to swim. The building was clean, and the staff was friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

“Great experience for a quick stay”
Great experience. When we arrived after 9 PM the front desk host (Lindsey?) offered to move our room away from a set of rooms being used by a youth hickey team to ensure we have less noise.
