“Great hotel and even better views!”
We loved staying at the Holiday Inn in Downtown Duluth. The rooms were clean and the view from our room (Premium Lake View) was stunning! “WiFi was worst I have experienced in several years.”
Friendly efficient check-in. Rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. AC worked great. We were put on the poolside room, which was nice touch, but were never asked. We would preferred NOT to be near the pool. Breakfast was average.

“Decent hotel with comfort”
The hotel is located downtown in Duluth so you will have to utilize their parking garage. The front desk will give you a pass to exit and enter at will but we had trouble with it working when trying to leave a few times.
