Nice friendly hotel, good representation of the brand and staff were very good over my 5 day stay. Decent rooms and breakfast table, they also have a pool and small fitness area. I had dinner one night due to the extreme cold and that was decent as well. Only issue is for the brand, last time I stayed I was a Gold member and breakfast was free, this time I am Diamond, next level up and that got me a daily credit and I had to pay the rest towards breakfast. Trying to get my head around being a higher status and losing the free breakfast. Not a hotel thing, a brand thing but very confusing in terms of loyalty

Overall excellent stay. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The room was ok. Needs a soft refurb soon. Lots of spiders outside and inside which was a little disconcerting. Overall excellent stay. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The room was ok. Needs a soft refurb soon. Lots of spiders outside and inside which was a little disconcerting. Window covered in them and we killed about 4 in the room itself. Probably just because we were a corner room and it was summer. The pantry could also use a little expanding and options quite limited. The area was easy to access and internet good. We would stay here again mostly because the staff was excellent.

“Very good indeed”

Probably the best Hilton brand hotel I have stayed in this year! I was here for 5 days, I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, the standard of the facilities are very good and I loved the pool . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

“Not my first choice for the Minneapolis area”

This hotel was ok. The pros: the main lobby was clean and reasonably updated, and the breakfast was not bad and what you'd expect at a Hilton Garden Inn. This hotel was ok. The pros: the main lobby was clean and reasonably updated, and the breakfast was not bad and what you'd expect at a Hilton Garden Inn. Also, the staff was helpful and recognized our Hilton Honors status. The cons: the room was a bit less than what you'd expect from a Hilton Garden Inn which is already pretty no-frills. Our room needs to be updated, the bathroom was a little dirty from being worn out, the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. And the room overall felt very blah, not alot of decor to give you that warm welcoming feeling. In the grand scheme of things, I would stay here again if necessary. But it would not be my first choice.

My husband and I were here for one night. Staff was very friendly and helpful!! The hotel lobby is starting to show some wear. Hallway carpets were stained and didn’t look as if they’d been cleaned in awhile. The room itself was also worn. The bedding was clean but mattress was really hard. We won’t stay here again when in the area. As the title says this property was not up to the standards of other Hilton Garden Inns we have stayed at in the past.
