This was a great one night stay on our way to and from a hockey tournament in the city. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was so wonderful, dressed beautifully, was smiley and helpful. There was an immediate issue with our bathroom, which was addressed right away and I could not have been happier. The room was pristine, the lobby and halls were clean and welcoming. The breakfast was beautiful, which was not expected at all for the price we paid for the room. The coffee was even great, which was a really pleasant surprise! I would definitely stay here again.

“Great stay at a great price!”

We found this hotel when we were down visiting family, and it has become our go to stay every time we come to Minneapolis. It's well-kept, clean and spacious. Great amenities such as a happy hour and a good, free continental breakfast. It's quiet, and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful.

Overall quiet except for prevalent on and off slamming of other hotel doors by housekeeping and others, but less so than other hotels I've stayed at. No soundproofing. Overall quiet except for prevalent on and off slamming of other hotel doors by housekeeping and others, but less so than other hotels I've stayed at. No soundproofing. Could hear loud sounds of guests and housekeeping from above room and hallway. Like most hotels, quiet enjoyment of living space/hotel room seems not to be a priority. Lots of parking lot space open. Not many guests when I stayed, which is a plus. Shower temperature warm hot, but pressure was not very good. Low pressure -not comfortable/pleasurable. Someone opened up my hotel room door during my 2 night stay here, at 8 am in morning and then closed door before I could get out of bed (previously asleep) to investigate. Alarming. Obviously it was someone who had a card to access my room ...hotel staff I would think as I was the only guest in my room and had my hotel access card in room. Also, the pool was extremely warm. Not cool to lukewarm pool temperature in other pools. Way to warm for me to swim/enjoy. Felt like sauna in pool room as well -hot and stuffy. I didn't enter pool room for a sauna. Lastly, I had to spend about 40 minutes with hotel clerk checking in. First I was wrongly charged 2 nights, and booked only one night (the next day, deciding to book 2 nights). Then I was also overcharged (pending hold on my credit card) on paperwork for stay when she corrected this to one night. Rate what I booked (in confirmation email) was $15-20 less. So she cancelled and then I had to give a credit card a third time (2 dif charge mistakes) after she told me to go to front desk tomorrow if pending hold charge was not taken off. I found out the next week (1 week and more later)after leaving, charge still was on hold. I had to call hotel to fix this with Wyndham, twice within 3-4 day time frame. Finally pending hold did come off my card, which I am thankful for.
