“Great stay”
Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great restaurants are nearby. The bed was great! We ate at the restaurant once, and it was good. Most mornings we grabbed coffee and a small breakfast at the coffee shop.

“Great customer service!”
We stayed here for a convention and coinciding birthday celebration. The hotel staff, including front desk and cleaning staff, went above and beyond to help us get items we had forgotten (e.g. electric kettle, scotch tape, extra pillows) and make the weekend special! 10/10 for customer service. “Great time at Hyatt Regency Minneapolis”
Had a great stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the visit, and the service was smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, everything was just really nice, and I’d definitely stay here again.

“Great place to stay near convention center”
The Hyatt is an amazing hotel, close to the convention center, and full of wonderful staff and amenities. Great lobby for socializing with a group and an excellent coffee shop, with everything you could want in a hotel.
