“Easy, clean, convienent”
Brand new renovation, everything is clean and updated. Connected to the skywalk so you don't have to go outside in the cold Minnesota winter. Nice restaurant and bar, but a bit under-staffed; the existing staff were heroic trying to work like two people's jobs each. Good happy hour.

“Love the employees 🫶”
The customer service is amazing. I went to the first level to look at the prices of the drinks and snacks. An employee asked me if I needed help looking for anything, and I said I was looking at the prices and the kind gentleman Let me grab a free drink because I didn’t have cash.

“Good, but cold showers are a deal-breaker”
Positives first--great location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable, quiet rooms. Two negatives--shower water was lukewarm my second and third days, and the doors are difficult to open. You have to really push down hard to get it open--very difficult when holding things and I had to help … more
