“Wonderful hotel! Great value!”
Very nice hotel, especially for the value. Clean room and building and smelt good and clean. Bathroom was clean. Very easy online check-in and check-out. Quiet hotel and comfy bed. Does not offer a full breakfast but has some cold/grab & go breakfast options. Location is great

“Nice basic hotel near Lake Itasca”
We needed a hotel room last minute and was pleasantly surprised how clean this place was. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

Everything was clean etc. Not much for breakfast. Some things were being improved as new owners I guess so am sure things will get better.
