“Great staff”
Tyson and everyone at the hotel was super nice, caring, and was very helpful with our ever changing schedule. We were there for the Mayo Clinic and was not sure how long we’d be there. They were willing to accommodate our changing schedule and ended up staying longer than expected without any hiccu… more

“Terrific”
Location, even with the construction with the new Mayo Clinic buildings, was perfect. Staff was so accommodating, housekeeping even in a blizzard made sure everyone was taken care of and Angela made sure breakfast favorites were always available! “Hidden Gem”
We’ve stayed in several places in Rochester over the last two years and this one has been a hidden gem. The staff, room and early breakfast was great. This will be our go to in the future!

“Great staff and access to Mayo.”
Hotel is clean and quiet. Shuttle to Mayo is wonderful. It was decorated nicely for the holidays. The overnight manager, Tyson, is amazing. He really made us feel welcome and amazed me on our third night when he remembered my name and greeted me as we entered the hotel. 5+ Starts for Tyson.
