“Great hotel, close to the Civic Center”
-Quick efficient service at the check-in desk -Clean rooms, friendly staff. -Close to the civic center -restaurant Crave had good food, but only 1 waitress for breakfast

They are always accommodating for most any request. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. Highly recommend them. I’ve stayed there for 4 years and have not been disappointed.

“A Rochester Gem!”
What a great facility - Crave Restaurant adjacent to front desk was fabulous! Hotel is connected to the Mayo Hospital buildings through skywalks and sub-walk way. Rooms are nicely furnished, clean, and quite.
