“Great”
I was nervous about how the hotel would be seeing it's lower price. It was wonderful. Very clean, employees were kind. Breakfast was outstanding. I will stay there again on my next trips to Mayo.

Had to come down for surgery. Me and my best friend stayed here . For the price the rooms are great and breakfast was awesome. The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly. “Great Hotel! Well Kept and Clean”
Location of the Hotel was excellent. The Staff were very friendly. The room was updated for the most part. The only reason I gave the hotel 4 stars instead of 5, was because the bathroom could use some updating. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE! The price was fair. Quiet atmosphere.

Parking lot and rooms need updating. Toilet seat is worn out and discolored. Caulking and sheet rock around the tub needs repair. Nails heads exposed on the trim next to shower.
