We enjoyed our visit. The rooms and hotel in general very clean. The view of the gulf is amazing. The elevators worked well and the beds were nice and comfy. I loved the pool area. There is a hot tub which sits in a semi private alcove that no one seems to go to. I loved it. The restaurants are good. The only complaint that keeps it from a 5 star is the lack of daily housekeeping. Tip: stay during the week. The rates are much lower.

Ya might think twice about going on friday or Saturday nights as the machines get taken up quickly after 6pm. Ya might think twice about going on friday or Saturday nights as the machines get taken up quickly after 6pm. Later around 8pm they dont seem to have any or not many cleaning people because the slot buttons and area are super dirty. Cigarettes, nasty Kleenex , drink left overs that are usually spilled or dripped all over. Watch your seats also. They do let the homeless in and they dont usually have the cleanest clothes. Think about it ! The music is good I will say that. The people at the players club are nice and helpful. As for the karaoke bar upstairs was fun to listen too but kind of not busy. They don’t advertise it much at all but it was fun and they do have a bar up there also. Some good singers.. LOL and then the FUN ones.. that cant sing a tune that make people laugh and have fun. One big problem though is they kind of are forgetting about the handicap and elderly people that might want to go up there, the elevators dont work they said. Not good. We’ve been coming here for years and like it but the machine have gotten pretty tight all around and the price they are putting on the machines to play with no fun action very often get rather boring and money goes way to quick. They need loser slots before they build any more casinos in the area.. I think there are about 12 already. We used to hear a lot of jackpots about ? 3 years ago and now we might hear 2-4 a night. If your going to play 88cents or dollar you might really want to go do the real dollar machines.. at least you know you might get a really big amount back. Those are tight too though LOL.. but still ! Just remember your there to have fun and not get in debt over getting more and more money off your credit cards, youll kick yourself later.

“Casino hotel. Well-decorated but limited restaurants.”

Nice view and well-decorated hotel but smell cigarette smoke. There is a small food court on the main casino floor. Recommend to try pizza.

Started out with no valet parking…website stated there is valet parking…red jacketed staffer directed me to self park in valet area…no spaces…I found a spot on floor 2… However, valet window had an employee and area at front entrance had cars parked..looked like high rollers to me. Front desk staff were great. Bartenders: center bar at 5 PM were restocking and did not show concern for paying customers….totally ignored us Oyster House…we sat for 20 minutes and a server tended to 3 surrounding tables and finally said she’d find out where our server was!!! Server was in a staff meeting…at 5:45/6:00 PM really?? Ordered a second featured drink and they were out of top flight liquor….really on a Thursday. 8:00 AM Friday…breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe…approached the front desk and the employee was talking to another employee and proceeded to sew a button on a jacket then acknowledged us…we were guests Breakfast server said they had no pitchers and brought coffee in additional mugs…biscuits were good but gravy was too thick and must have been sitting in a warmer. Facilities were clean but staff needs an upgrade in training.
