“Snowbird road-trip”
Conveniently located off the highway I 44. Accommodating to my ground floor and all requests. Friendly, prompt and professional service by all staff. Fresh breakfast items and very clean facilities. Room clean and comfortable no noise from highway

“Day Clerk”
We stay here every time we're in joplin. I think it's time for some renovation to the rooms. This particular time I have to give a shout out to Ashley Horton, the day clerk. Always cheery, Always willing to give us our extra coffee for our room. And we love their breakfast!

“Could do better”
Front desk staff really friendly, breakfast pretty good. But, room fairly poor condition. Badly torn curtains, lifting carpet tiles, not a single usb port in the room and very noisy overlooking the street behind the hotel, ask to be on the front side. Beds fairly comfortable and room was clean.

At check in No acknowledgment of elite status or upgrade offered even though options were available. Rooms are dated, furniture & decor need refreshing. Bed was comfortable.
