“Comfortable and quiet”
Our room was well apportioned and quiet, with a comfortable couch in addition to the bed and desk. We stayed during a heat wave in the high 90s but the air conditioning unit kept the room very comfortable. The sink and shower took a while to get hot for washing hands or taking a shower. “Lack of Customer Experience”
Hotel is pretty good. Nice. New. But the bar closes at 10:00 pm and when I walked in the hotel at 10:02 pm and asked the bar tender if I could have one last beer - her words were, I already closed out. So sod how Marriott uses AI to book rooms for a premium while offering a mediocre experience.

“Housekeeping doesn’t notice big tear in carpet?”
Seemed to have bad luck with the room I got and unfortunately didn’t notice first issue until after I unpacked. In the entry carpet had big tear, wood floor exposed.
