“Gem of Glacier Nat'l Park”

The rooms are not that big but we have the one facing the lake and it's wonderful to watch sunrise from the balcony. The bedsheets are luxurious as well. We just didn't like the sink faucet having separate spouts for hot and cold water.But otherwise great locations for a few trails and boat rides

“Wonderful Lodge”

We got a late reservation and thought we’d splurge on a night at Many Glacier Lodge. It seemed a bit expensive but if you remember they’re only open 3-4 months a year and with the demand, it’s understandable. We got a late reservation and thought we’d splurge on a night at Many Glacier Lodge. It seemed a bit expensive but if you remember they’re only open 3-4 months a year and with the demand, it’s understandable. The lodge is great, rustic, and historic, the staff was great, and the location is amazing. The early morning Grinnell hike was awesome and there are a lot to choose from. We would have loved 3-5 nights just there.

“Incomparable location with expensive rooms.”

Many Glacier hotel is an old Swiss-style lodge with huge timbers and perhaps the most beautiful view I have seen as depicted in photo. Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful My dissatisfaction/disappointment is that I paid $712/night for a deluxe room reserved a year earlier, more than I have ever paid before for a hotel room; for that price, I expected a room with that view. Instead, my room (I think it was 329) looked out on the entry way to the hotel with a view of the mountains visible only when I was lying on the side of the bed closest to the window. I never would have paid that kind of money for a room with no view.

“Luxury prices without the service”

My husband and I stayed at the Many Glacier Hotel for 2 nights in September. We stayed in a deluxe king lakeside view with balcony. Our room was spacious , clean and the view amazing. But for the price we paid we were expecting the service of a nice hotel! Our room was supposed to have 2 chairs inside - it only had one- the young lady at the desk offered us a folding chair. We asked for a refresh between days . They did not replace our coffee or cups with the refresh . We tried the hotel restaurant . The staff was very friendly and the view beautiful but the food was horrible. It arrived 5 minutes after ordering. Not cooked fresh. Cold and congealed on the plate. We tried Heidi the cafe. The prices were reasonable for warmed up Starbucks style food. A hotel at this price point should have better services not just a view to offer its guests.
