We stayed here for a night as a stopover during our California roadtrip. Hotel was not easy to find as its outside Napa Downtown Reception was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel looked well groomed with lovely grounds . Room was clean and beds comfortable We really liked the breakfast . Delicious apple cinnammon muffins , Egg spinach muffins and fresh waffel . Would recommend this hotel .

I recently stayed here both for pleasure and business. I was scheduled to have a conference in the area and we were using this hotel as a staging point and decided to come early with my wife to see Napa so stayed about a week. The hotel itself is nice enough. The rooms are all suites so you have a separate living room with a sink, microwave and fridge which is nice when you're visiting wineries during the day. The hotel offers a free hot breakfast which is fine for what it is. They also have a bar area with TVs in the lobby where you can get drinks and small bites for a limited time at night. A highlight is a really big fire pit outside we could use to hang out at night, especially nice as it was quite cool in December. The staff was nice. The only thing I didnt like was how remote it was. We didnt want to rent a car as we were spending the days at the wineries so taking Uber was a 15-20 minute ride to downtown Napa and quite far from Sonoma. Luckily ride share was widely available in the low time of December, but there is nothing in walking distance from the hotel. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

“Pretty good overall”

It is located outside of Napa in a business park area near the small Napa airport. I only noticed one restaurant and one convenience store in the area. It is a calm and relaxing place to be. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating and they always seemed to be smiling. The breakfast is pretty standard fare but it is quick, hot and free so nothing to complain about. The staff there are also super nice and helpful. The rooms are O.K., clean and quiet. There is a small sink, microwave and refrigerator fitted out with a few paper plates and plastic utensils, so you won't be doing any cooking there. My only complaint was the non-functioning pool gates. One never opened with the key card and one opened from time to time. Once even a staff member couldn't get it open with her key card and I only got in when someone in the pool area came to open the gate from the inside. The gates were a frustrating experience for me and a number of other guests. Hopefully they have been fixed by now.

When we tried to check in, the employee said that our reservation had been canceled, even though my friend had reserved the rooms and paid for them previously, then confirmed them the night before we arrived. Another employee came over and said that we should have read the fine print before booking the hotel, and that her credit card had been declined. Three of us (out of four) went to the seating area and looked for other hotels. When they saw that we were looking for other places, they said they still had rooms and gave us a cheaper rate than we had originally booked. Strange. The hotel itself was okay. Small gym, nice fire pit, a small bar, and free breakfast buffet with 3 hot items each day, cereal, bread, etc. Coffee bar, but the coffee frequently ran out and it took a long time for them to refill the urns. As we were checking out, we heard another group checking in, being told that their credit card was declined and their reservation had been canceled (seems to be a common occurrence at this hotel). They were having the same ridiculous conversation we had previously had with the clerks.
