Good stay in a newly renovated room. The hotel is being remodeled. You can hear the noise from I80 but it was not too bad. Easy check-in and out. All staff were kind and did their jobs well. Bed was comfortable but just a little hard for my taste. The room was clean, the shower was nice. There are no overhead lights (except bathroom) in the room and with all the lights on, it still was not as bright we prefer. Breakfast was good with not too many choices (don’t know if it was due to remodel). Waffles were good. Convenient and easy to get to from I80. Would stay here again.

“We will stay again”

Our room was recently updated. The shower was a walk in, rather than a tub. The breakfast had lots of options. When we parked in the back, the sliding door was right there as well as the elevator. Our room was on the back, so we didn't hear interstate traffic. Everything was great!

“Good night's sleep”

Newly renovated hotel with newer mattresses. My husband and I both appreciated a good night's sleep. The staff were very helpful, and the complimentary cookies were a nice touch.

I later learned that all of the rooms on the second and third floor were being used as the hotel was being remodeled and the first floor was completely under construction. I checked in and was given a room near the elevator on the second floor. I later learned that all of the rooms on the second and third floor were being used as the hotel was being remodeled and the first floor was completely under construction. My room was very warm and after an hour of trying to get the AC to cool it down, I went and complained and was traded to a different room. This AC worked better, but I was told that all of the AC's are motion senrsored, so if you are sitting and don't move in the room or are taking a shower, or even sleeping, the unit shuts off. What a bad idea. Anyway, the new room was an upgrade for sure, and while the extra little space had a small couch, that room did not have a tv so what was the point - and the frig did not work in this unit and I was traveling and wanted my drinks cold for the next day's drive. When I checked out they gave me a $20 credit which was nice, but still, since all of the rooms on the second floor had been remodeled, you would think that everything would be working flawlessly in them, but that was not the case. Noe of the light fixtures were plugged in either and some of the plugs were not accessible for the lights either. And breakfast was very mediocre- the only hot items they had was waffles, and gravy for biscuits, except there were no biscuits - I had two muffins, some oatmeal and a coffee. The whole lobby area was filled with stacks of unopened boxes for the remodel - and everything was dusty - just not a good option. I was told that this property is changing to a Comfort Inn real soon, so this review may not even be applicable soon, but I am sharing it anyway. There are other hotels across the freeway that could be used in the future. The bright spot was that the check in lady at the front desk along with the check out lady in the morning were both very pleasant and helpful and seemed to care. So that was plus.
