“A Unique surprise after a bit of initial disappointment”
Jennifer and Nigel were excellent hosts and did indeed create a unique and fine experience. A plus was meeting delightful guests. A lovely surprise after a long day of driving. The Shady Lady is out under the amazing stars 30 minutes from Beatty.

“Another Memorable Stay at a Magical Place”
We love staying at this wonderful property. We were recently welcomed on a scorching hot day by peacocks and a friendly goat! Our dog loved the environment. If you're a birdwatcher, rent the cabin. “The Shady Lady”
We had a wonderful experience with Jennifer, Paul, and Nigel. They were warm, welcoming and relational. It is a lovely house with quite a history, plus dogs, cats, and peacocks. The Victorian room was cozy and met all of our needs. Would stay again and would recommend to others!
