Great place to stay. It is located off the strip, however, provides a shuttle to the strip.

I was leery of this resort because of some of the reviews, but we got a great deal on it and we just don't travel well in hotel rooms anymore. We had no issues upon check in, and were placed in Tower 3. We had our own pool area and plenty of parking. We were never hassled for the time share presentation but there were plenty of sales people in our lobby as well as the main lobby ALL THE TIME. I just sold our timeshare in Jan of 2025 so I'm very familiar with the system and it served our family well for many years when the kids were younger. The resort itself was very nice and we had a three bedroom condo unit that was spacious and served us well. The wristbands were really nice since they worked as a room key and that's all you needed to take with you to the pool or anywhere for that matter. You could even charge to the room with that too so it was convenient. My wife really enjoyed her time at the pool and the coffee shop and happy hour drinks were just a 3 minute walk over to the main building. The happy hour cocktails were a nice touch but they would only let an adult order 2 at a time and they had to be the same drink, you could not mix and match. So I ordered my 2 and took them back to our pool and then walked back for 2 more so we could try different things. I never made it down in the morning for the free bloody marys that they told me about at check in however. We also never tried the main pool or the adult pool in the main building. It was also not too bad to rent a cabana for the day. I think it was $90 for half a day or $180 for the whole day. I've spent over $300 to rent them at other resorts. It was maybe a 10 minute walk to PH which I think was the closest casino to us and they also had a shuttle that would take you to Paris but we never used that. We had a concert at the sphere one night and I was going to drive and park at Treasure Island's garage and then walk over because that parking garage is still free. It was a 24 minute walk. OR we could just walk to the sphere from our resort and it was a 26 minute walk. We decided to just walk to the sphere. It is on the same street as this resort (Koval Street) so very convenient. I was even comfortable with our kids (20 & 16) walking down to meet us for dinner after our concert. I would definitely stay here again

“Solid place to stay right behind the Strip”

This property is huge but close enough to the strip, even with a shuttle if you don't want to walk the half mile. This property is huge but close enough to the strip, even with a shuttle if you don't want to walk the half mile. Our stay was definitely nice, but in honesty, we do prefer staying a little further away at the Desert Blue. Nonetheless, we did enjoy our time as it was right in the middle of the action. We did sit through the sales presentation but didn't give in and got our $100 (We're already owners). Would stay here again if the points were cheap. I'd also say that its close enough to Ellis Island Casino that has a lot of good food deals.

“Unresponsive management”

Stayed in the presidential suite with a couple of friends. Oven ended up not working bathroom tub was slippery. Girlfriend fell and hurt herself. Management was flip it about it. Do not go in October when they have the car races it’s horrible.
