“Nice hotel, horrible staff”
I was in Reno for the American Blind Bowling National Tournament. I was comped this room by American Airlines after they cancelled my flight. The hotel is clean and nice. “Not a good value”
Hotel was convenient to the Highway and easy to get to. Establishment was clean and fresh. Our room was clean, quiet, and confortable.
