“Small but super friendly staff”
The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and made me feel welcome. The pre-fab sandwiches were surprisingly good.

“Business Trip”
Staff are top notch, breakfast is great, shuttle is convenient, check in was super quick with line. Only con is parking is very annoying as having to download and pay on app is ridiculous.

“Radical room cost variance”
My wife and I have stayed at the Reno Tahoe Airport several times and the cost of the same room is all over the place. My wife stayed for $135.00 at one point. I had to book a room due to a delayed flight and they charged $298.00 for the same room! I would like to know what dictates their pricing?

“Business trip”
I stayed at the hotel for one night. I came for business . The rooms need an upgrade; the furniture is old, and the Peloton bike wasn’t working. There was also a crack on the wall in the room. The breakfast was good, and the mattress was comfortable.
