“Cool place”
Easy check-in, comfortable rooms and very comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Easy access to everything. One complaint was rooms on 45 smelled like weed.

“Bowling experience in Reno”
Rooms were warm , hard time cooling them off, half of elevators and escalators seem not to work , and casino area seem to be to Smokey would be nice to find a smoke free area in this location , beds were not very comfortable either seems to be wore out . Staff seem friendly though
