“Great service”
Our room was clean and Amber Mcdaniel insured we had everything we needed. She’s great. She was even very knowledgeable on the lower floor and casino floor and was able to help us understand how to get to the buffet and to the arcade in the downstairs area.

Vista Tower King was my choice. It was been over a year since I last stayed here. I believe I normally stayed in the Sierra Towers. Arrived Friday night at 6:00 PM. “Excellent”
Julia the cocktail waitress attended me. April 30 past midnight. She was very accommodating and gave me exceptional service compared to other casinos in Reno. She went above and beyond. No doubt she deserves more recognition and awards based on her demeanor, manners and kindness!!!!
