“Wasn't the cheapest,but well worth it”
Needed extra pullout bed. Wasn't there initially and got nervous. Within 10 min it was delivered with fresh linen. Needed extra towels next morn & they were waiting outside my door wrapped up. Great staff, good food, great karaoke on Weekend. Definitely will return next time in central NY.

“Issue resolved. I look forward to staying here when I return to Utica.”
I was initially supposed to stay at the hotel on Tuesday but weather forced me to change my plans. The hotel nicely gave me a credit.

“Clean and comfortable”
Very clean and comfortable. Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was standard free hotel breakfast and good. Lots of room with many tables.
