“Wonderful”
VJ, the hotel manager, is very compassionate and understanding! He was wonderful to work with during a very emotional and difficult time dealing with the death of a very close relative. I look forward to staying at this hotel during happier times next.

“Poor communication”
Stayed here in part due to the EWR airport shuttle. My friends arrived earlier with shuttle and had no problem. I waited 1.5 hours, after a 14 hour trip, for a shuttle that never ever arrived. Call after call after call to the hotel went unanswered. Finally my friends who were at the hotel we… more
