“Great Hotel!”

“Great stay”
We often come down to rockland but this was our first time staying at the Crowne Plaza. Gorgeous hotel, lobby, sitting areas with pond and waterfall makes you feel like you are on a tropical vacation. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. All the staff were so very nice!! “Mixed”
1) Clean 2) Room quiet 3) Poor bathroom design: -toilet seat very low, with high water level in bowl-ugh:( -shower is open, so always cold air on you when wet 4) Housekeeping failed to replenish cafinated coffee, surly guy at front desk when had go get coffee pods
