“Solid airport hotel”
This is a totally solid airport hotel. Great location. Friendly staff: the restaurant, Ted’s, was exactly what we needed for days with a sizable menu that includes vegetarian options. Shuttle was clean, efficient and on time. I definitely recommend this for a necessary airport stay!

This, I think, is a recently renovated hotel. It is very clean and nice. It is large (10 stories), and popular with coach-size tour groups, which I didn't mind at all. “Good hotel. Good travel stop. Lousy area.”
Excellent travel stop. Basic hotel. Decent food and bar below. Newark is the armpit of the US but this location is clean and an oasis. . Can’t say that for the neighborhoods around it.
