Clean, friendly and nice towels. We stopped for the night. The only issue we had was they didn’t have but 2 charge ports in the room. Clean, friendly and nice towels. We stopped for the night. The only issue we had was they didn’t have but 2 charge ports in the room. Breakfast was good, but if you wanted better then good then go out to eat. I do wish that those who come onto a floor have respect for those in their rooms. Especially at night please be quiet when getting off the elevator.

“Help your team help themselves.”

Stayed here for 8 weeks. The concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful. There were a few moments where it was hard to get a water bottle, but I don’t blame the concierge team. Stayed here for 8 weeks. The concierge was incredibly friendly and helpful. There were a few moments where it was hard to get a water bottle, but I don’t blame the concierge team. I blame the higher-up team. These guys are working all day and are exhausted. The last thing they need to worry about is water bottles. Have the housekeeping service leave a few bottles in each room. That way our concierge that’s been awake for 18 hours doesn’t have to worry about water bottles. Just something to think about.

“Large rooms, partial kitchen, missing power at desk”

Good: Huge room, comfortable, not much road noise, ample parking, good internet (free is about 10/10, upgrade is $4.95 daily). Good: Huge room, comfortable, not much road noise, ample parking, good internet (free is about 10/10, upgrade is $4.95 daily). Bad: No outlets at desk, no stove top—microwave only, proprietary coffee maker, poor quality breakfast, no separation between shower/sink and toilet for couples or families rooming together, in room HVAC is very noisy. Likely would not stay here again, as I prefer a stove top and normal coffee maker. Desk with no outlets is the stupidest set up I’ve ever heard of. That said, the rooms are enormous.

“One person can barely get into bed; worst breakfast ever”

We spent 2 nights here in a king room. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. It felt old, like it had been slept on too many times. But most significantly, the person sleeping near the window could barely get into bed as the wall was inches away, and obviously, that person didn’t have a night table. The breakfast was the worst we have ever had in 55 years of traveling. There’s a sign in the elevator stating “Make your own breakfast sandwich.” That didn’t exist. There was a case with mostly unrecognizable items, no labels. Only Raisin Bran for adult cereal, oatmeal was okay but cold, waffle iron didn’t work well, boiled eggs looked weird. Just awful. And one of the two elevators wasn’t working, so it was often quite a wait.
