My second stay at Best Western Premier Herald Square reminded me that truly exceptional hospitality is not about fancy décor or grand gestures — it’s about people who make you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I first stayed here about a year and a half ago. The hotel’s location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in New York City, but what stayed with me long after the trip was the warmth and kindness of the front desk staff — especially Mr. Pathik Patel. In a city that can sometimes feel overwhelming, Pathik had a remarkable way of making me feel comfortable, relaxed, and never alone. By the end of that visit, I already knew that when I returned to New York, this would be the hotel I would come back to. Fast forward 18 months, and I’m happy to say the experience was every bit as wonderful — perhaps even better. Mr. Patel was still there, greeting guests with the same joyful smile and sincere kindness that instantly makes you feel at home. And this trip, Manager Gehad Abdelhamid went above and beyond for us in every possible way. After arriving from a cruise at 10:00 in the morning, we expected to spend hours waiting for a room. Instead, Gehad quickly worked to accommodate us so we could settle in and relax. She warmly told us, “You are Diamond members and we appreciate you,” and throughout our stay she proved those words through her actions again and again. What impressed me most was that the atmosphere of kindness extended throughout the entire staff. When leaders like Gehad and Pathik set such a positive example, it clearly inspires everyone around them. Every interaction felt personal and genuine — helping with luggage, holding doors open, greeting us each morning with a smile, asking how our day was when we returned in the evening. These may seem like small things, but together they created one of the most welcoming hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was spotless, the bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the entire property was exceptionally well maintained. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the human touch. The ownership should know they have some truly extraordinary people representing their property. Our four days over Memorial Day weekend 2026 were absolutely wonderful, and thanks to the staff, New York felt a little more like home. And yes… without hesitation, I would return again in a heartbeat.

Friendly staff( especially Misba, who was very helpful, finding us a parking lot nearby. Clean hotel, Located centrally, Great experience. Definitely recommend!!
