Wow we had amazing stay. The reception team were friendly, the rooms are spacious with a complementary fridge and excellent housekeeping . “Excellent location and service”
Great service by Jon and the others who were able to accommodate requests quickly. He was caring and took customer service seriously. The location was very convenient. My only gripe is the elevator issues. Only one elevator bank is working. Overall, I would stay again.

“Go after July 30 and think about the location.”
This is NOT a boutique hotel, I have stayed at Doubletree, HGI and many many hotels in NYC and this is just the same. Its fine. Does the job, no better no worse.
