“homey, comfy and affordable stay”
I stayed here 3 nights in a fridgid spell in December. Tho I was here mainly to enjoy the Christmas sights and museums in Manhattan I saved quite a few $$s by staying in Staten Island and the ferry ride was a relaxing way to start and end my days. Excellent location, cozy, larger than I expected! Was actually an apartment, deli across street, close to ferry, and shopping. Very good for price, paul, owner, was nice and helpful. Would stay there again!

“More of an "Airbnb" than a B&B”
PROS: The owner was extraordinarily nice and friendly. The room was clean. Fort PL -bed but without breakfast .75 US for a night is normal price for hotel in NYC .75 US for a bed (even comfortable )without a breakfast in B&B in Staten Island is a rip off.
