“Disappointed for Hilton”
The reserved room was not available until a day and a half later and then we had to deal with delays in changing rooms, refrigerator that froze the food, no safe, no desk lamp, burn holes in the carpet and a very muggy room. Staff was very apologetic, but still disappointing.
