Instead of letting this cause chaos, the staff sprang into action. They handled the entire situation manually, going through all the paperwork by hand and personally double-checking clean rooms to get guests settled. A special shoutout goes to Jessica and her manager, Vonia, who were absolute lifesavers. Their professionalism, patience, and determination made a stressful technical glitch completely seamless for us. The housekeeping team was active, attentive, and on top of everything all day long, ensuring the property remained immaculate. Additionally, Lydia and her kitchen staff provided a wonderful experience at breakfast, serving up a nice variety of delicious food to start the morning right. The location is a massive win. I recently stayed at this Hilton for 16 days during a work trip, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Finding a spacious, clean, and bright open-air facility in Manhattan is tough, but this place felt like a true home away from home. My room was incredibly comfortable, featured a wonderfully functional full-size kitchenette, and offered a spectacular city skyline view to die for. As a solo female traveler staying with two cats, safety and peace of mind were top priorities for me. The building is highly secure with key card access, the walls are thick enough that I never heard outside noise, and the housekeeping team was thorough and always available.The amenities and location are unbeatable. The train is quite literally one block away, rideshares are easy to get, and there is a late-night convenience store just across the street. Upper East Side Manhattan is just two stops/10 minutes away. Having daily breakfast included, access to a clean gym, a laundry service, and a stunning rooftop dining area made my extended stay effortless. What really sets this property apart, though, is the management and staff. Everyone at the front desk was remarkably kind, polite, and accommodating. Management went completely above and beyond by tracking me down and securing an Amazon package that was incorrectly delivered after my checkout, rather than just throwing it away. Whether you are booking for one day or an extended stay, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It felt like a five-star experience from start to finish!

My daughter had the good fortune of staying at this awesome hotel on her recent class trip to NYC. The beds were comfortable, the shower was a sizable with good water pressure, and there was ample counter space. The spot where the hotel is located felt safe and was close to the subway. She also liked the food each morning. For me, my daughter has food restrictions so I had to mail some snacks for her. The staff was kind and helpful. In fact, after sending a few things to the hotel for my daughter, I accidentally sent some expensive honey to the hotel via Amazon, which the wonderful manager Enzo successfully shipped back to me in California. There was another super helpful young man who helped me figure out how to ship things to and from the hotel, but I'm blanking on his name. Anyway, don't hesitate to book a room at this hotel, whether it's just you and your family or friends or 23 middle schoolers and 5 chaperones. You won't be disappointed!
