“Exceeded expectations”
During check-in the receptionist (Laszlo) was super nice and offered us an upgrade since there were no adjacent rooms for us and our kids. “Clean room and very friendly staff”
Clean and big room by New York standards. Went as a family of 4. Great location close to Battery Park/ Statue of Liberty, which was one of our main destinations. Lots of great bagel places nearby to eat at.

“Not a good experience compared other Hyatt experiences!”
The hotel needs to update its rooms, conference rooms, and wifi.
