Loved the Moxy — great vibe, perfect NYC energy. Rooms are small but super smart, nothing feels wasted. The real highlight was Carmen — warm, attentive, made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this hotel! I came here with a group of my friends and we stayed in the bunk bed room! Nicole checked me in and Brianya gave us drinks at check in. I absolutely love this hotel! I came here with a group of my friends and we stayed in the bunk bed room! Nicole checked me in and Brianya gave us drinks at check in. All of the staff was super helpful throughout our stay. We had a blast talking with Jimmy and Chris and getting awesome recommendations from Diara and Oshyn. Carmen was also super helpful late night spots. If you are looking for a cool place away from cookie cutter Times Square this is the place to be. We will definitely be coming back!!

I stayed here for a cute staycation for me and my partners anniversary. Everything was outstanding from the check in with Nicole and Carmen, the bar tending my Cata to the fun recommendations by Oshyn and Brianna. The front desk was able to hold bags for us while we ran around the city before heading back to our apartment. I highly recommend this hotel just on people and vibes alone! I love the lobby and bar area. It’s a plus that the rooms were cozy, clean, quiet and bed was like a cloud. I loved the location in the city. Will definitely be coming back. Great price for what you get also!

“Overall fine, but a few annoying little things”

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for a concert across the street at Webster Hall. The woman who checked us in was cheerful and efficient, and our room on the 9th floor was small but well laid out and bright with a big window. The bed was comfortable and happily for me, the pillows were not the overstuffed neck-destroyers that so many hotels favor. We did have two issues with our room, however, that were a bit annoying: (1) I’m not sure whether we were in an accessible room or whether all rooms are like this, but the shower was a zero-entry affair, and the shower curtain didn’t reach the floor, so an enormous puddle formed on the bathroom floor during my shower. The room came with only two towels, so we sacrificed one towel to sop up the water on the floor, and my husband I shared the other towel for our showers. (I’m sure we could have called down for extra towels, but we didn’t have much time, so just dealt with it.) (2) The lights in the room … there were a million light switches all over the place, but none of them worked unless the “master” switch was turned on. Turning on the master switch, however, also turned on a very bright light behind the bed. Which meant that if you needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you couldn’t get the bathroom lights on without lighting up the entire room. We used the flashlights on our phones, but it was bizarre. I’m assuming something was broken because I can’t imagine they designed it to work that way. We also went up to the taco bar for a quick bite before the show we were seeing. The food was good, but the service was dreadful. I actually had to ask the hostess if we were meant to order at the bar because we still hadn’t seen a server 10 minutes after we were seated. Getting our check also took forever. My husband also visited the cafe for breakfast in the morning. He said that experience was much better! So yeah, all in all, it was fine — we needed a hotel near Webster Hall, and we got a hotel near Webster Hall. It was clean and comfortable and convenient. If I was going to another show at Webster Hall, I’d stay here again, but I wouldn’t stay here otherwise because there were a few small things that were very annoying.
