“Absolutely magical stay! Home away from home ! Miguel and Yovanni are the best”
We loved this hotel so much. We came in April for our babymoon and a baby shoot and had the best time. They accommodated all our requests, extending our check out, and helping us get extra chairs for the make up artist prior to our baby shoot. Staff members were so nice, especially Miguel!! “Hotel muito bom e bem localizado.”
The hotel is very good and well located. The staff is extremely attentive. Miguel at front desk helped me on several occasions with Amazon deliveries, late checkout, etc. I stayed there twice this year and would definitely stay again.

“Great location, clean hotel with excellent staff!”
We absolutely love the Park Terrace Hotel the rooms are clean, we had a King Suite. Ethan was exceptional in greeting us and helping us with anything we needed. Miguel at the front desk was super helpful and efficient

“Wonderful as usual”
Always a terrific stay. Great service, wonderful location, rooms are contemporary and clean, and the Branch Club and terrace offer a special feature on Bryant Park.
