Amazing room booked in the Bronx at Ramada by Wyndham with Jocelyn at the front desk she was excellent and made the entire process smooth

“Jocelyn 10/10 service”
Came in was greeted/helped by Jocelyn. She helped me with my stay multiple times and made sure we were comfortable 10/10 service. The room I was initially in was good until I turned on the hot tub. Not the hotel’s fault but the previous person had put flowers and they got sucked into the jets. Y’al… more

“Relaxing”
The experience has been amazing Jocelyn from the front desk was great her smile upon arrival felt so welcoming , she was very clear and quick with paperwork , check in didn’t even take 10 mins . the place is very clean and neat . I can’t wait to come again .

“Satisfactory!”
Parking was available, but tight. The bed comfortable. Dissatisfied no dresser😳. Jocelyn host was pleasant and helpful with the TV connection.
