Amazing room booked in the Bronx at Ramada by Wyndham with Jocelyn at the front desk she was excellent and made the entire process smooth

“Jocelyn 10/10 service”
Came in was greeted/helped by Jocelyn. She helped me with my stay multiple times and made sure we were comfortable 10/10 service. The room I was initially in was good until I turned on the hot tub. “Florida Girl in a New York world”
Location was great from the airport. Parking was terrible. Bed was shaky and toilet was low. But i still enjoyed my stay.

“Satisfactory!”
Parking was available, but tight. The bed comfortable. Dissatisfied no dresser😳. Jocelyn host was pleasant and helpful with the TV connection.
