“Great location, clean room, friendly staff”
This place is a bit rough around the edges (wear and tear) -but who cares? The location is perfect. You can easily walk to Central Park or Times Square, Carnegie Hall or a Broadway show. “Nice option close to Theaters”
We walked from the train station to the hotel. It was a long walk, but not too long. We stopped and got pizza Along the way. “Serviceable but Lacking”
Room served its purpose but had several pesky problems such as a very slow-draining bathroom sink, A/C that did not/could not cool the room to the set temperature, no tissues and no plastic bag for the ice bucket. “Great location but TIRED PROPERTY!”
This was a sub par Hampton Inn in a terrific location. Decor was old, the elevator wasn't working, the windows were filthy, the interior door lock was inoperable, hot water issues, etc. The breakfast was perfect for our needs.
