The renovated hotel is fantastic. Went on a trip with my 10 year old daughter and everything was wonderful. I love ROW NYC! Came in for a few nights while touring apartments and everything was fabulous. Staff were friendly, rooms were very clean, and hotel had a great vibe in the lobby.
