“Service is the crown jewel.”
For the past 3 years I save money for a year and then spend two to four nights in a high end NYC hotel (I know this probably has real rich people clutching their real pearls lol). “Only place to stay in NYC”
If you're looking for a true boutique hotel experience this is the place to be. Beautifully designed hotel, thoughtful staff and service, and amazing restaurants. Good value for a top notch location too!

“Mother’s Day weekend.”
This is a truly personalized boutique hotel, unlike the big chains. The staff to guest ratio, but more importantly, the Services are second to none. The rooms have character and nothing in the way of amenities is lacking.
